That experience led me onto my own healing path and ultimately into this work. As an empath, I naturally tune into how a client feels -including emotional blocks, fears, and underlying patterns that may not yet be fully conscious. Each person is unique, and no two sessions or retreats are ever the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The beauty of this work is that healing does not require retelling your story. Sessions are gentle, supportive, and often experienced in quiet presence &#8211; a non-verbal, trauma-informed approach that allows the body and nervous system to relax and reset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I also facilitate wellness retreats designed to offer deeper restoration through nature, rest, sound healing, meditation, and shared experience. Retreats provide the time and space to step away from daily demands and reconnect more fully with yourself in a nurturing, supportive environment.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal healing is meaningful work. It can be emotional, reflective, and deeply trans-formative. From my own journey, I know it is always worth the effort -and that belief is carried into every session and retreat I offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jenn Prothero Wellness offers a range of trauma-informed wellness services including Reiki energy healing, crystal singing bowl sound therapy, trauma healing, workplace wellness programs, and wellness retreats in Chatham and throughout Ontario.<br>\u200b<br>Jenn Prothero supports individuals at pivotal moments in their lives by guiding them back into connection with themselves.
